Workplace Workshops

Holding space for the hidden work

Neuro-inclusive workshops for leaders and teams. Because when stress hits, knowledge alone isn't enough — people need tools that work in the moment.

What You Don’t See — The Hidden Work of Being “OK”

Neurodivergent people often spend extra energy masking differences or fitting into systems not built for them. Through stories and reflection, this session helps leaders see that hidden effort and its impact on creativity, confidence, and burnout, while exploring what truly supportive environments and appropriate adjustments look like.

Who it's for: Leaders, managers, and anyone responsible for team wellbeing

What you'll take away

  • • Understand the energy cost of masking and code-switching at work
  • • Recognise signs of hidden struggle in your team
  • • Learn what supportive environments actually look like (beyond policy)
  • • Explore practical adjustments that make a real difference

Leading When People Aren’t OK (Including You)

Supporting neurodivergent colleagues isn’t about being the expert. It’s about being present, flexible and honest. This workshop helps leaders create psychological safety, respond to struggles with focus or burnout, and reflect on their own capacity to lead with openness that makes support sustainable.

Who it's for: Senior leaders, people managers, and HR professionals

What you'll take away

  • • Build psychological safety without requiring disclosure
  • • Respond to burnout, focus struggles, and shutdowns with confidence
  • • Reflect on your own capacity and boundaries as a leader
  • • Create sustainable support structures, not heroic individual effort

Frequently asked questions

Can the workshops be delivered online?

Yes. Each workshop can be delivered as a standalone 60 or 90-minute online session which allows for interaction throughout and a Q&A. We do encourage in-person where possible for the benefits it brings.

What is the ideal number of participants?

For maximum interaction and a more bespoke experience, we recommend in-person workshops for between 6 and 25 people. Online sessions work well for up to 25 participants, though keynote-style sessions can accommodate up to 100.

Can we book just one workshop?

Absolutely. Each workshop stands alone. If you are booking a single session, we recommend starting with “What You Don’t See” as it lays the foundation for understanding neurodivergent experience in the workplace.

Where do the workshops take place?

In-person workshops can take place at your offices or a location of your choice. A naturally lit space with room to move and privacy for confidential conversations is ideal. Travel expenses for London workshops are included in the fee.
